Cloud

Features

  • OCI Fast Connect support: View Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) virtual circuits on the OCI Map, see connectors between Dynamic Routing Gateways and virtual circuits, and discover routers from virtual circuits.
  • OCI bucket sweep: The OCI ServiceConnector OCID field is now optional in Cloud Config, allowing bucket sweep operations without it.
  • Cloud metrics cost warning: Added a warning in the cloud export wizard when selecting "Cloud Metrics History" to improve cost transparency.
  • AWS topology lookups: Improved AWS VPC and subnet entity lookups with new summary structures for better performance and accuracy.
  • Faster cloud status reporting: New cloud metadata API service improves performance of cloud config status reporting and resolves timeouts for large cloud topologies.

Bug Fixes

  • Azure onboarding: Fixed Azure Cloud Export onboarding bugs that left new exports incorrectly configured with metadata-only collection disabled.
  • GCP flow data: Fixed GCP flow data not appearing in the Public Clouds Utilization Chart.
  • Custom dimensions: Device rebuilds now trigger automatically after custom dimensions are created to prevent missing columns.
  • Public cloud chart: Removed the max FPS line from the public clouds utilization chart for a cleaner visualization.
  • CloudPak license metrics: Updated the metrics query aggregation on the CloudPak license page for accurate cloud metrics display.
  • Exporter stability: Fixed an Azure exporter crash on stop/restart, enabling safe scaling and lifecycle management.

NMS

Features

  • NMS licensing: We have migrated all customers to device-based licensing for NMS. We will no longer be using Metrics-Per-Second as an NMS charge metric.
  • Telemetry navigation: Device status indicators (Flow, SNMP, BGP, ST, Ping, Syslogs) now link directly to a device's Telemetry tab, with clearer downsampling filter labels.
  • Guided Metrics Explorer: Added guided-mode dimension filters (Site Name, Device Name, Country) with override options to Metrics Explorer dashboard panels.
  • Interface name consistency: Summary page queries now display Interface Name (ifDescr) by default to match the interfaces tab.
